Holds and Return Policy


If there is an item in-store you see depicted on our social media accounts that you would like us to hold for try-on and/or purchase, please let us know and we will hold it for you for 24 hours after replying to your hold request. While we understand that scheduling conflicts occur, we will re-stock the item in-store after the 24 hour hold window expires.

Items available for sale on resalery.com cannot be placed on hold. 

To place a hold, please contact The Resalery through Facebook, Instagram, or via email, at info@resalery.com.

Feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions. Please note that as we receive multiple requests daily for specifics on sizing and clothing availability across multiple channels, we may not be able to respond immediately to each request. If you contact us after Resalery business hours, please allow 1 business day for a reply to ensure accurate information. 

While we do our best to respond promptly and accurately, there will be times inventory sells either online or in person, unbeknownst to staff. 

In the interest of fairness across our growing customer base, please note The Resalery owners and employees cannot accept hold requests emailed or texted to their personal phone numbers/email addresses. 

Returns/Exchanges for In-Store Purchases

With a receipt:

Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date your items are delivered, picked up or purchased in store. Items must be in original condition within 14 days to receive a refund or exchange. CLEARANCE AND GIVE BACK RACK ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Without a receipt:

Items may be returned for a store credit (The Resalery Gift Card) within 14 days from the date your items are delivered, picked up or purchased in store. Items must be in original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. CLEARANCE AND GIVE BACK RACK ARE FINAL SALE

After this 14 day period, items become final sale. All exchanges are final sale.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that some banking institutions take up to 10 days to refund the money to your account once processed by our point of sale system. 

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of final sale items:

  • Monogrammed or personalized items
  • Intimates
  • Bodysuits 
  • Jewelry
  • Face Masks 
  • Hair Accessories 
  • Hosiery
  • Any liquid (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.), bath or beauty product
  • Clearance items
  • Donation-based items to benefit non-profits, such as the Give Back Rack

Online Returns

The Resalery accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (The Resalery e-Gift Card) within 14 days from the date your order shipped. 

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival. If the defect is not reported within that time frame, we cannot issue credit.

Please note, for online orders, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. The Resalery does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. Final sale on all bodysuits, intimates and accessories.

    Please note: orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
