RETURNS & EXCHANGES — ONLINE PURCHASES

With Receipt

Unworn, unwashed, undamaged items may be returned for a store credit (The Resalery e-Gift Card) within 14 days of the shipment date. Items must be returned in original condition with tags intact and attached.

Without Receipt

Returns without an original receipt are eligible for store credit only, within 14 days of shipment, provided the item is in original condition.

After 14 days, all items become final sale. All exchanges are final sale.

Refunds or credits are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Please note that banking institutions may take up to 10 additional days to post funds after processing.


FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON-RETURNABLE)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items

  • Donation-based items (including Give Back Rack items)

  • Monogrammed or personalized items

  • Intimates

  • Bodysuits

  • Jewelry

  • Hair accessories

  • Hosiery

  • Face masks

  • Bath, beauty, or liquid products (e.g., lotion, sanitizer)


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Items reported outside this window are not eligible for return or credit.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The Resalery does not provide return shipping labels. Returned items must be securely packaged and include the original invoice. We are not responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Returns may take 2–3 business days to process once received.
